Raising Your Life Condition

1322610_lotusWhen I was a practicing Buddhist, we talked about raising our life condition
in order to manifest what we wanted. If you read my earlier post about my involvement in the NSA organization, you would know that I chanted for four years and we were essentially manifesting what we wanted by making lists and chanting with our attention on the things we craved. Of course, chanting would get us in rhythm with the universe to make our thoughts more in line with our ability to  access the things we truly wanted.

Raising your life condition is about being more optimistic, cheerful, happy, and infused with the belief that the manifestation will take place. Indeed , to see it, you have to believe it and you know that, but raising your life condition is about feeling good no matter what your circumstances. The idea is really that if you feel good on the inside, then you will attract what you want. The universe always matches your feelings.

Now, while you probably know all this, the trick is to feel good no matter what your circumstances. It was easy when we chanted. It really did work. But I doubt that it is the only thing that works. Here is a list of things you can do now to raise your life condition:

  • Meditate
  • Exercise
  • Do yoga.
  • Do anything that you love: revive an old hobby, or do something you always wanted to do.
  • Practice Saying Affirmations.
  • When you find yourself thinking negatively, distract yourself.
  • Face your fears and conquer them.
  • Spend time with people you love.
  • Surround yourself with positive people.
  • Stop reading, watching and listening to anything negative.
